The acronym 'OzMOST' stands for Oz Mums Of Surviving (twinless) Twins. This group is for families in Australia and New Zealand to offer friendship, understanding and mutual support when a multiple birth child loses their sibling/s during the pregnancy, at birth or in infancy, and is raised as a "singleton".

The Bonnie Babes Foundation - [australia]

The Bonnie Babes Foundation is a non government funded, non-profit, volunteer based charity which provides 24 hour, 7 day per week counseling for families that have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or prematurity.

Teddy Love Club - [australia]

Teddy Love Club Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support is an Australia wide support program for bereaved parents who suffer the loss of their baby or babies to miscarriage, stillbirth, termination of pregnancy for foetal abnormality and neonatal death. TLC donates traditional Teddy Bears to bereaved parents, in the hope the bear may help to ease the pain of leaving the hospital with such aching empty arms. We hope to provide parents with the comfort of knowing they are not alone right from the beginning, and offer significant ongoing support & understanding to bereaved parents, their families and their friends. The TLC program is the original bear giving program in Australia established 26th October 2002 in Adelaide. TLC operates in every state of Australia with the program represented in almost every maternity hospital across the country.

CLIMB - Center for Loss in Multiple Birth Inc. - [international]

Serving families and others throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Our mission is, and always has been, to provide parent-to-parent support for all of us who have experienced the death of one or more of our twins or higher multiple birth children at any time from conception through birth, infancy and early childhood. It is also to assist extended families, caregivers, twins and multiples organizations and others who are seeking to understand and support the needs of parents with a multiple birth loss. While it is not officially in our mission, we have come to believe in the importance of greater education of the public on the risks and realities of multiple births, and how often they include tragedy and grief – and the importance of prevention of multiple birth loss
